Arkansas Lemon Law
Arkansas Lemon Law
The Arkansas Lemon Law is rather strict, but still is somewhat consumer friendly. The number of repair attempts to qualify under the Arkansas Lemon Law is comparatively low, although the length is relatively brief. Additionally, the definition of what vehicles are covered is narrow - these favor the manufacturer.
